You will oversee daily management, drive financial performance, and ensure client satisfaction while supporting the SVP of Property Management in executing strategic initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–10 years of residential property management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong financial, operational, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.
• Designations such as ARM®, CMCA®, or CPM® preferred, real estate license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management and operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Monitor budgets, revenue, expenses, and reserve funding; provide financial reporting.
• Lead, mentor, recruit, onboard, and develop property management staff.
• Maintain relationships with Boards, ownership groups, and residents; ensure timely communications.
• Collaborate across departments on cross-functional projects and reporting.
• Implement SOPs across properties and ensure service standards.
