Publicis Digital Experience is seeking a dynamic Vice President, Account Services to lead integrated omnicommerce and shopper marketing campaigns for high-profile CPG accounts. You will align traditional brand marketing with shopper and retail media, driving strategic planning and ensuring goals are defined and exceeded.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead a team of account managers to deliver on time, within budget, and with excellence, fostering a high-performance culture

Qualifications

• 12+ years managing large, complex accounts and client relationships in advertising/consulting/holding company environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
• Experience leading shopper and retail marketing campaigns for CPG brands.
• Deep understanding of CPG/retailer relationships: Joint Business Planning, Top to Tops, and Channel/CategoryStrategies.
• Extensive knowledge of retail media and integrated commerce networks and partners.
• Strong collaborative approach to teamwork and problem-solving.
• Executive presence with ability to engage and influence senior client leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact to build trust-based relationships with senior partners.
• Lead annual scopes of work, oversee deliverables, and negotiate contracts/fees.
• Oversee omnichannel marketing plans across brand, shopper, and retail media to meet client objectives.
