Job summary

Publicis Digital Experience in Stamford, CT is seeking a dynamic Vice President, Account Services to lead integrated omnicommerce and shopper marketing campaigns for a high-profile CPG account. You will blend traditional brand marketing with retailer marketing and exceptional client management to drive strategic planning and measurable growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressively responsible experience managing large, complex accounts and client relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of retail media and integrated commerce.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior client leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact between clients and PDX, maintaining trust-based relationships with senior partners.
• Build and deliver annual scopes of work; oversee deliverables and fee arrangements.
• Lead development and implementation of omnichannel marketing plans across brand, shopper, and retail media.
• Mentor a team of account managers and directors to foster high performance.
• Ensure work is delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand revenue within existing clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
