• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering or relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in operations or construction.
• Experience overseeing operations at a physical site spanning multiple functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to extend hours and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction operations across tunneling projects, including station construction and buildout.
• Oversee supply chain, trucking/assets, and logistics to maintain continuous material flow and equipment availability.
• Direct welding, fabrication, and specialty trade activities critical to tunnel segments, stations, and structures.
• Build and manage multi-disciplinary construction teams, enforcing operational discipline in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify and react to technical and operational issues on-site, proposing mitigating actions.
