• Motivated to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction operations across tunneling projects, including station construction and buildout.
• Oversee supply chain, logistics, and assets to maintain material flow and equipment availability.
• Direct welding, fabrication, and specialty trade activities critical to tunnel segments and structures.
• Build and manage multi-disciplinary construction teams with operational discipline.
• Identify and mitigate technical and operational issues on-site with swift actions.
• Collaborate with government and contractors to ensure code compliance across jurisdictions.
• Identify weak points and implement corrective actions across systems and processes.
• Coordinate with architectural and engineering teams to deliver scalable site designs.
• Plan for evolving site requirements with appropriate operational and technological changes.
• Decide on internal vs. outsourced approaches for technical and construction work.
