• Develop talent strategy for a dynamic technology company.
• Lead a US staffing organization with processes to acquire top talent.
• Create and implement talent programs (Global Mobility, Immigration, Diversity, etc.).
• Design and deliver high-impact learning and development for top talent.
• Create an HR systems strategy and roadmap to enable core HR processes.
• Collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive talent initiatives.
