Sabre, a global AI-native technology leader, seeks a dynamic Vice President of Talent to lead global talent acquisition and talent management. You will design holistic talent strategy, oversee recruitment, L&D, performance management, and leadership development, partnering with the People leadership team to attract, develop, and retain top talent through growth and transformation.

Qualifications

10+ years of executive HR leadership across TA, TM, and L&D in global, high-growth organizations.
Proven ability to architect career frameworks, performance systems, and leadership development.
Experience applying AI-enabled talent strategies and analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic talent acquisition and global recruitment strategy programs.
Oversee workforce planning, headcount budgeting, and analytics to anticipate needs.
Design enterprise performance management, career frameworks, and succession models.
Drive AI-enabled sourcing, learning integration, and upskilling initiatives.
Partner with senior leaders to align talent with business goals and culture.
