Job summary

Sabre, a global AI-native technology leader in travel, seeks a dynamic Vice President of Talent to drive global talent acquisition and comprehensive talent management functions. You will design and execute holistic talent strategies, oversee recruitment campaigns, headcount planning, performance management, and leadership succession, while guiding learning & development and AI-powered upskilling initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Learning & Development.
Proven ability to architect scalable talent frameworks, performance systems and succession models.
Strong data-driven mindset with experience using HRIS to track workforce metrics.
Hands-on familiarity with AI in talent operations and upskilling initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead global strategic talent acquisition initiatives and employer branding.
Oversee enterprise-wide talent management, performance systems, and succession planning.
Drive L&D strategy, leadership development, and internal mobility programs.
Partner with executives to align people strategy with business goals.
