Job summary

Paramount Skydance Corporation seeks an organized Executive & Department Coordinator to support the EVP of Theatrical Marketing and two SVPs. You will manage high‑volume schedules, coordinate meetings with filmmakers and partners, and assist with campaign strategy, presentations, and research across the theatrical slate.

The role requires strong communication, discretion, and the ability to work across a fast‑paced environment, with opportunities for on‑site and virtual engagement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience, including internships.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous entertainment, marketing, agency or related industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong interest in theatrical marketing, entertainment and culture.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Apple products.
• Strong knowledge of social and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate executive calendars, meetings and events for senior leaders.
• Serve as a liaison between Strategy and multiple internal departments.
• Prepare and coordinate campaign strategy presentations and updates.
• Conduct research on competitive films and marketing opportunities.
• Monitor campaigns and compile concise reports and materials.
