Lead major and planned gifts, oversee Corporate Partnerships, and collaborate with marketing and impact teams to tell donor-driven stories that translate outcomes into support.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of nonprofit development and fundraising leadership experience.
• Proven success securing six-figure gifts across individual, corporate, and foundation fundraising.
• Experience building, leading, and scaling fundraising teams.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the eight-county Bay Area service area.

• Lead cultivation and stewardship of high-value donor relationships and major gifts.
