Fellow is seeking a Vice President of Software to own our software ecosystem spanning Embedded Firmware, Control Systems, Mobile Apps, and Cloud Backend. This role is based in our San Francisco office and requires regular in-office presence.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team across software, hardware, product, and design to scale engineering velocity and reliability. You’ll build reusable platforms, raise the bar on CI/CD and testing, and partner with the CEO and hardware teams on

Competenze

• 12+ years of software engineering experience across embedded and cloud-native stacks.
• Experience scaling an engineering organization with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record delivering connected hardware-software products with strong lifecycle ownership.
• Expertise in IoT ecosystems, device provisioning, telemetry, and remote diagnostics.
