Job summary
Luxer One, a division of ASSA ABLOY, is seeking an accomplished engineering executive to define technology strategy across access control, smart devices, and SaaS platforms. You will drive platform consolidation, AI initiatives, and the IP roadmap while leading a growing, multi-brand engineering organization.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive engineering leadership experience.
- Experience leading high-volume SaaS or cloud platforms.
- Experience with hardware/firmware integrations and IoT.
- Experience with M&A integration and platform consolidation.
- Strong business acumen and P&L accountability.
- Executive-level communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Set engineering direction for Luxer One's platform across product lines and markets.
- Own architecture for cloud, APIs, integrations, and device ecosystems.
- Lead consolidation of acquired and legacy tech stacks for coherence and scale.
- Develop and execute the division's IP strategy and licensing considerations.
- Lead the engineering organization and develop managers and senior leads.
- Represent engineering in executive leadership discussions and strategy reviews.
