Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, engineering, or related field required.
• 10-15 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in management/leadership roles.
• Strong communication, change management, and strategic delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy delivery transformation agenda and transition roadmap.
• Lead and standardize PM methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean, Agile).
• Drive operational excellence, cost reduction, and process improvements.
• Oversee multiple IT project teams and ensure on-time delivery of programs.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to align with strategic objectives.
• Provide status reporting, risk management, and senior leadership communications.
