Job summary

ASSA ABLOY's Door Systems division in the US/Mexico seeks a Vice President, Service Operations to lead and transform the service organization across commercial and residential dock and door operations. This executive will drive profitability, growth, and customer experience through standardized processes and data-driven performance management.

Reporting to the US/Mexico business unit president, you will partner with field leadership, sales, finance, and supply chain to establish governance,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field required.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in field service or related industries.
Experience implementing enabling service technologies and business intelligence tools.
MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and transform the service organization to drive growth and profitability.
Develop and deploy standard work processes across locations.
Improve service margins, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with field leadership, sales, finance, and supply chain.
Establish governance and KPIs to measure performance.
Lead annual operating plans, forecasting, budgeting, and productivity initiatives.
Build a safe, customer-focused service culture.
