Academy of Mathematics and Science, Inc. in Tempe, AZ seeks a Vice President of Schools to provide hands-on, field-based leadership over a portfolio of AMS campuses.

You will oversee academic performance, enrollment, staffing, finance, culture, and compliance to ensure strong school outcomes and organizational effectiveness. You will develop principals into comprehensive operators, deploy shared resources, monitor progress, and partner with the Chief Schools Officer to advance AMS Impact Group’s

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Educational Leadership, Education Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in K-12 education with significant school leadership experience.
• Prior experience serving as a principal with full accountability for school performance and operations.
• Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing school leaders.
• Experience overseeing school operations, including budgeting, enrollment, staffing, compliance, and facilities.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accountability for academic, operational, financial, enrollment, staffing, and cultural performance of all assigned campuses.
• Coach, mentor, and develop principals and assistant principals to lead all aspects of school operations and performance.
• Ensure consistent implementation of instructional model, curricula, assessment practices, and interventions.
• Oversee enrollment, budgeting, staffing, compliance, facilities, and site operations across campuses.
• Lead regional team to deploy resources and support across campuses based on priorities and needs.
• Collaborate with network leadership to drive growth, launches, and school turnaround efforts.
