AMS Impact Group is seeking a Vice President of Schools to oversee an assigned portfolio of AMS campuses. This hands-on, field-based leader provides strategic direction over academic performance, enrollment, staffing, finance, culture, and compliance.

You will coach principals, drive network-wide initiatives, and partner with the Chief Schools Officer to advance growth and educational outcomes across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Education Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in K-12 education with significant leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple campuses or a network is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee academic, enrollment, staffing, finance, and facilities across assigned campuses.
• Coach and develop school leaders and establish leadership pipelines.
• Monitor performance data, set goals, and implement improvement strategies.
• Represent AMS Impact Group with stakeholders and drive network-wide initiatives.
