Job summary

Academies of Math and Science, Inc. seeks a Director of Schools to lead and coach principals across Arizona, Arkansas, and Nevada. This highly visible role will drive academic and operational excellence through data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

You will travel regularly to AMS campuses, support leaders, and translate network priorities into campus-level execution. Requires strong instructional leadership and sophisticated stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of K–8教育 leadership experience (principal level or equivalent).
• Experience leading multiple campuses or schools in a network.
• Strong data-driven decision making and instructional leadership.
• Ability to coach and develop school leaders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and accountability to principals and campus leadership across the portfolio.
• Establish performance goals aligned to network priorities (academic, enrollment, culture, operations).
• Conduct campus visits, leadership meetings, and performance reviews.
• Monitor data and develop improvement plans with principals.
• Coach leaders, support succession planning, and develop growth plans.
