Luminate Data is seeking a VP of Sales, Brands to join our team in New York. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of data-driven insights in media and entertainment. Here are the key details:

Role Overview

The VP of Sales, Brands will drive revenue growth and help achieve company goals through strategic leadership and data-driven decision-making. This role combines sales expertise, industry knowledge, and data insight to build and manage high-level client relationships. Initially an individual contributor role, with potential to grow a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a revenue-focused, data-driven go-to-market strategy for brand verticals aligned with growth targets.
  • Collaborate across teams to create innovative, industry-specific solution bundles addressing emerging market needs.
  • Build relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers, positioning Luminate as a strategic partner.
  • Assess client needs and craft tailored solutions to deliver measurable ROI.
  • Use analytics and predictive modeling to forecast sales trends, identify high-potential accounts, and optimize the sales pipeline.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of direct sales experience in media and/or technology; SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives at top brands.
  • Expertise in solution-based selling and understanding brand challenges across verticals.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex strategies to clients.
  • Experience in media and entertainment industry, with knowledge of current trends and challenges.

The VP of Sales, Brands will leverage data analytics and industry expertise to shape strategies for major brands and contribute to Luminate's growth in the evolving media landscape.

Work Environment
  • In-office/in-field in Midtown Manhattan, NYC (Bryant Park), 4 days/week.
  • Some domestic travel for industry and company events.
Compensation
  • Base salary: $150,000 - $175,000.
  • Additional commissions and benefits.
