What You’ll Be Doing:
As Vice President of Sales, you’ll lead a talented team of sales professionals and value-added partners across North America. Your mission? Deliver double-digit growth by building a robust pipeline, sharpening go-to-market strategies, and strengthening client relationships. This is a hands-on executive role with the power to shape long-term revenue outcomes and team culture from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution
- Craft and lead the sales strategy to hit aggressive growth targets.
- Spot market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with leadership to align sales objectives with company-wide goals.
Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team (both direct and indirect).
- Drive accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement across the team.
- Create a sales culture focused on collaboration, execution, and winning.
Growth & Revenue
- Own the sales pipeline and expand market share in core verticals and emerging regions.
- Hit and exceed annual sales targets.
- Drive both net-new and retention-based revenue.
Customer & Partner Engagement
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Keep a customer-first mindset with proactive communication and service delivery.
- Use feedback and data to continually refine the customer experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations to ensure aligned execution.
- Provide customer insights to shape product innovation and go-to-market messaging.
Forecasting & Reporting
- Deliver accurate forecasts and performance tracking.
- Provide regular sales reports, KPIs, and insights to senior leadership.
Budget & Tools Management
- Manage the sales budget with efficiency and ROI in mind.
- Evaluate and adopt sales tools and CRM systems that boost team productivity.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Background
- 7–10+ years in senior-level sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams that consistently beat quota.
- Experience with multi-channel sales strategies, including indirect sales and VARs.
- Background in the parking or related tech industry is a major plus—but not required.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
