Job summary

Chinook Systems Inc. in Arlington, VA seeks a Vice President of Project Delivery to lead growth and delivery of integrated technical solutions for critical infrastructure clients.

You will guide strategy, governance, and operations, with travel and 40% CONUS/OCONUS exposure as needed. You will manage revenue targets, risk, and performance across programs, partnering with leadership to drive client satisfaction and enterprise-wide standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
• 20+ years of progressively responsible experience leading large-scale programs.
• 10+ years in executive or senior leadership roles overseeing delivery and performance.
• 10+ years leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Extensive knowledge of project delivery, governance, and systems.
• Experience managing Federal Government and commercial contracts.
• Experience implementing ERP, Project Controls, Scheduling, BI platforms.
• Proven ability to establish governance, standards, and metrics.
• Strong financial acumen: forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis.
• Executive communication, negotiation, and client-relations skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Valid state driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for planning, execution, and delivery of projects across all lines of business.
• Develop and execute delivery strategies for growth, excellence, and client satisfaction.
• Establish enterprise-wide delivery standards, governance, and best practices.
• Lead all aspects of delivery including controls, scheduling, risk, and financial management.
• Develop multi-year plans, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Achieve revenue, profitability, utilization, and performance targets.
• Monitor performance with dashboards and KPIs; take corrective actions as needed.
• Conduct periodic reviews of project performance and financial results.
• Oversee enterprise resource planning and workforce management.
• Collaborate with BD, Ops, and executives on pursuits, proposals, and transitions.
• Serve as Executive Sponsor for strategic clients and programs.
