Job summary

Fortegra seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead the financial integration of new MGA/MGU programs across P&C and Consumer lines. You will own billing setup, premium accounting, receivables, and reconciliation while driving a technology transformation to scale our programs business.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
MBA or CPA preferred.
10+ years in insurance operations or finance leadership, incl. 5+ years at a carrier/MGA/MGU in a senior role.
Experience leading finance transformations and ERP implementations.
5+ years managing teams of PMs, finance professionals, or ops specialists.

Responsibilities

Lead the financial integration of new MGA/MGU programs across P&C and Consumer lines.
Own billing setup, premium accounting, receivables, and reconciliation.
Drive technology transformation to modernize operations and finance systems.
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute program launches compliantly and scalably.
Develop real-time management reporting on revenue, receivables, and risk.
Ensure SOX controls and regulatory compliance across territories.
