SharkNinja in Needham, MA, seeks a Vice President of Product Excellence to lead quality across embedded electronics, firmware and software in consumer products. This leader shapes quality strategies and regulatory compliance while partnering with Engineering, Product, Operations and Compliance.

You will build a cross-functional team, drive risk assessments, CAPA, and data-driven quality improvements across product lifecycles for hardware and software products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of hardware/software quality engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in embedded systems, IoT devices, mobile apps, and consumer product development.
• Knowledge of QA standards, tools and regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, ISTQB, Agile testing).
• Experience leading distributed quality teams and global manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy for electrical systems and software across all product lines.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance to ensure early integration of quality.
• Lead root cause analysis, CAPA, and quality incident resolution across hardware and software.
