Job summary

Perry Weather, headquartered in Dallas, seeks a VP of Product to own product, design, and commercial strategy across software, hardware, and data. You’ll set the roadmap, own pricing and packaging, and drive the commercial outcomes of all product initiatives, from field installs to enterprise deployments.

You’ll lead a growing product organization and partner with engineering and CTO to build a durable multi‑product platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product leadership at a B2B SaaS growth stage
• Experience with hardware-enabled or IoT products is a plus
• Strong pricing, packaging, and go-to-market acumen
• Ability to lead cross-functional product and design teams

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial success of the product including monetization and go-to-market
• Set roadmaps across multiple horizons and align with AI insights
• Lead data and hardware strategy to create new revenue streams
