• Own product strategy and roadmap for assigned areas within Dynamic Workforce Operations.
• Lead customer and market discovery and translate insights into measurable outcomes.
• Define and deliver product solutions with clear requirements and acceptance criteria for agile teams.
• Drive cross-functional execution with engineering, UX, QA, and go-to-market teams.
• Use data to measure adoption, engagement, and business impact.
• Advance AI/ML-enabled experiences and proactive workforce recommendations.
