Job summary

Cato Networks is seeking a VP of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the Cato Management Application, Data Platform, and related operations portfolio. You will shape how customers configure, monitor, secure, and operate their environments, delivering a unified management experience powered by AI, automation, and data.

Qualifications

10+ years in product management with senior leadership experience.
Experience building enterprise management platforms and data products.
Strong background in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, networking, and security.

Responsibilities

Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across CMA, XDR, DEM, NOC and Data Platform.
Lead the Agentic CMA expansion and automate management workflows.
Define data platform strategy: ingestion, processing, storage, access.
Develop data products turning telemetry into insights and value.
Set priorities for data quality, governance, availability, and performance.
Grow the product org with clear ownership and accountability.
Collaborate with Research, Engineering, PLG London, and SRE to evolve AI capabilities.
Align with Sales, SE, Marketing, and Operations from discovery to launch.
Engage customers/partners to validate direction and guide prioritization.
