Job description

• Defines and owns the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, balancing customer needs, technical investment, operational efficiency, and revenue opportunities.
• Balances long-term vision with disciplined execution to ensure products evolve alongside customer and business needs.

Cross-functional Leadership:

• Partners closely with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Business Intelligence, and executive leadership to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
• Communicates product vision, priorities, and progress to executive leadership while influencing strategic decisions.

Product Execution:

• Leads the end-to-end product lifecycle from customer discovery through launch, iteration, and optimization.
• Measures product performance through KPIs, analytics, and customer insights, continuously optimizing the customer experience.

Team Development:

• Mentors and develops a high-performing Product team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
