Job summary

Olly Olly is seeking a product-focused professional to own and maintain a healthy backlog, translating direction into executable user stories and acceptance criteria. You will partner with engineering to ensure clear scoping and sequencing, while identifying risks and operational considerations early.

You will drive launch readiness, execute user acceptance testing, and enable post-launch learning by collaborating with product, design, customer success, and operations teams to collect

• Own and maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog aligned to company priorities.
• Break down initiatives into epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation-ready requirements.
• Partner closely with engineering to ensure work is clearly scoped, refined, and sequenced.
• Translate product direction into actionable requirements and user stories.
• Identify dependencies, risks, edge cases, and operational considerations early.
• Help drive launch readiness, user acceptance testing, and post-launch learning.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Operations, and other internal stakeholders.
• Gather input from stakeholders and customers to shape requirements and priorities.
• Facilitate alignment when tradeoffs are needed across scope, timing, and quality.
• Raise the bar on requirement quality, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
• Support consistent processes for intake, triage, refinement, and launch planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve how teams collaborate and deliver product outcomes.
