Bucket Listers is seeking a Vice President of Product to shape the future of its product ecosystem. You will translate bold ideas into scalable products for discovering, booking, and experiencing unforgettable events, partnering with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, BI, and executives.

Lead strategic direction, balance long-term vision with execution, and build a competitive product strategy across a remote-first organization with NYC presence encouraged.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading product strategy in consumer tech, marketplaces, travel, or experiential businesses.
• Ability to translate customer insights into engaging products.
• Proven track record delivering customer-facing products with measurable impact.
• Strong cross-functional influence and executive alignment.
• Technical fluency with modern software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap across the platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations and BI to identify opportunities and deliver products with impact.
• Measure product performance via KPIs and customer insights; optimize experience and business impact.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from discovery and business case through launch and iteration.
• Build scalable product management processes across cross-functional teams.
• Identify and champion emerging technologies (AI, automation) to improve experience and efficiency.
• Communicate vision, priorities, and progress to executives; influence strategic decisions.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing Product team and foster innovation.
