Bucket Listers seeks a visionary Vice President of Product to shape and own the product ecosystem. You will translate bold ideas into scalable products that connect millions with unforgettable events, partnering across Engineering, Marketing, Operations, BI, and exec leadership to prioritize investments and deliver impact.

You will lead end-to-end lifecycle, measure success with KPIs, and mentor a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading product strategy or product management within consumer technology, marketplaces, travel, or experiential businesses.
• Strong ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams across large organisations.
• Proven track record of delivering customer-facing products with measurable business impact.
• Experience leveraging AI/automation to improve customer experience and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Bucket Listers’ product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations, BI, and executive leadership to identify opportunities and deliver products with measurable business impact.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and business case to launch, iteration, and optimization.
• Measure product performance through KPIs, analytics, and customer insights to optimize experience and outcomes.
• Build scalable product management processes and foster collaboration, accountability, and timely decision-making.
