Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global cybersecurity leader, seeks a Vice President of Product Design to define and lead the design vision for the Falcon platform, partnering with product management and engineering to elevate user experience at scale.

The role requires 15+ years in product design, with 8+ in senior leadership, and a track record of AI-driven design, design systems, and operating at executive levels. You will build a high-performing team and drive design as a strategic differentiator.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of product design experience with demonstrated leadership at scale
• Proven experience using AI to enhance decision-making and workflows
• Deep expertise across UX, visual design, design systems, research, and design operations
• Executive presence with ability to influence at C-suite level and align stakeholders
• Data-informed decision-making with measurable design impact and AI adoption
• Experience building and scaling design organizations in fast-growth environments
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Ability to work from a US office 2+ days per week

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overarching product design vision for CrowdStrike's Falcon platform.
• Partner with CPO, VP of Engineering, and GTM leaders to influence roadmap and platform direction.
• Lead the organization's AI transformation strategy for design and governance.
• Establish research, analytics, and design intelligence frameworks tied to business outcomes.
• Build and scale a high-performing team of design leaders and managers.
• Own design tooling, budgeting, and scalable processes to maximize efficiency.
• Represent CrowdStrike's design brand at events and with customers and the design community.
