CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking an accomplished Vice President of Product Design to define and lead the Falcon platform design vision at executive levels. You will partner with senior leaders to shape roadmaps, drive AI-enabled design initiatives, and champion a data-informed, scalable design culture.

You will build and scale a high-performing, global design organization, own tooling and budgets, and elevate design's impact across the business, customers, and industry.

Qualifications

• Fifteen+ years in product design with senior leadership experience.
• Proven AI-enabled design transformation and tooling exposure.
• Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite decisions.
• Strong data-informed approach linking design to outcomes.
• Experience scaling large design orgs and operational processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the design vision for CrowdStrike's Falcon platform.
• Partner with CPO, VP of Engineering, and GTM leaders on roadmaps.
• Lead AI adoption strategies and governance across design teams.
• Establish research, analytics, and dashboards communicating impact.
• Build and scale design managers, designers, researchers, and ops.
• Own design tooling, budget planning, and scalable processes.
• Represent design externally at industry events and with customers.
