Job summary

IPI Technolab is seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead engineering strategy, execution, and delivery across multiple products. You will guide managers, shape architecture, and align technical work with business goals.

You will build high-performing teams, manage budgets, drive DevOps and observability, and partner with product, design, security. The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years coding and 3+ in leadership, strong distributed systems background, and cloud expertise.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in engineering leadership/management roles.
• Strong background in software architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience managing multiple engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, security, scalability, and observability.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
