Goldman Sachs is seeking a senior Product Manager for CPM Product & Reporting within the CPM division. Lead development, enhancement and maintenance of procurement-focused products, coordinating with business and engineering teams to deliver solutions and actionable insights.

The role involves defining product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements, vendor evaluation, and ongoing governance to meet regulatory and business needs. Strong leadership and procurement domain expertise are required.

Qualificações

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Minimum 12 years in product management with procurement focus.
5+ years managing individuals and building teams.
Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management.
Experience managing full product lifecycle from conception to launch for large scale systems.
Familiarity with procurement applications including Ariba, Fieldglass, S4.

Responsabilidades

Lead and develop a global team, fostering collaboration and clear goals.
Define and communicate product vision and strategy for procurement functions.
Create and maintain the product backlog aligned with stakeholders’ needs.
Serve as primary liaison between stakeholders and development team.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, finance and other teams for successful product development.
Monitor KPIs and report product status to senior leadership.
Identify risks, mitigate them, and monitor risk across the lifecycle.
Ensure features meet user needs and quality/ compliance standards.
Support wider infrastructure priorities and represent leadership in forums.
