Job summary

Goldman Sachs seeks an Associate, Product Management for the CLM platform within Source to Pay. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Procurement and Engineering to define a product vision and deliver AI-driven improvements.

You will translate contract workflows into user stories, write acceptance criteria, and guide agile delivery, balancing compliance, risk, and business value across a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Product Management or related roles in enterprise apps.
• Hands-on with CLM platforms, especially in-house built systems.
• Experience with AI tools and automation in business processes.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• CLM product support from discovery through optimization under senior guidance.
• Define functional/non-functional requirements and create detailed documentation.
• Champion AI/automation to streamline contracting processes.
• Translate contract workflows into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Procurement to ensure adoption.
