Job summary

Happen Bank is seeking a VP of Portfolio and Program Delivery to consolidate and execute the company’s product and engineering strategy into shipped outcomes. You will lead Portfolio Delivery Leads and Technical Program Managers, driving reliability, predictability, and executive-level transparency across a broad technology program.

You will sit at the center of planning, sizing, sequencing, and delivering strategic initiatives, while partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading large multi-team software delivery.
• Proven track record aligning product, engineering, and business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, PI planning, and delivery governance.
• Experience communicating with senior leadership and managing cross-functional dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end view of the Product and Engineering portfolio and ensure alignment of investment, capacity, and priorities.
• Set standards for planning and tracking delivery timelines and communicate changes clearly.
• Partner with Business, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Risk to align scope and deliver outcomes.
• Establish sizing and cost estimation approaches to support investments and trade-offs.
• Provide timely portfolio health reporting and manage escalation of issues.
