Job summary

Pivot Energy is seeking an experienced VP, People Strategy & Organizational Development to build leadership, talent, and organizational capabilities for growth. This executive will partner with executives to translate priorities into practical people strategies, strengthen leadership pipelines, and shape compensation and rewards with Finance.

Will lead teams across talent acquisition, workforce strategy, and people programs.

Qualifications

Significant experience translating business priorities into people strategies.
Senior leadership experience in talent, OD, and performance management.
Strong judgment and experience with employee investigations and compliance.

Responsibilities

Partner with executives to translate Pivot’s priorities into people strategies.
Develop leadership pipelines and performance/development approaches.
Lead teams responsible for talent acquisition, workforce strategy, and leadership development.
Shape compensation, rewards, and talent practices with Finance and leadership.
Provide leadership on employee relations and workplace investigations, ensuring fairness and consistency.
Align People strategy with day-to-day employee experience and Pivot culture.
