Job summary

Revelyst seeks a strategic Vice President of Human Resources to lead HR for the Revelyst Golf Technology platform. Based in Carlsbad, you will shape org structure, talent strategy, and resourcing models across software engineering and technical teams.

You will partner with the RGT President and leadership to forecast hiring, manage headcount costs, and deliver data‑driven people analytics. A digitally enabled, inclusive culture and strong compliance practices are expected as you drive

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience (HRBP or HR generalist leadership).
• Experience supporting software engineering organizations with W‑2 and contractor models.
• Ability to operate in a startup‑like, fast‑paced environment with ambiguity.
• Deep understanding of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Strong organizational design capability for shaping team structures and talent maps.
• Proven ability to influence, advise, and build trust at all levels.
• Exceptional communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong HR data analysis to drive business decisions.
• Knowledge of digital HR platforms and self‑serve tools.
• Experience in performance management, recruiting, onboarding, and total rewards.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational design for a scaling platform and build talent maps for roles and pipelines.
• Design and implement resourcing strategies across full‑time, W2, and contractors in software/technical functions.
• Partner with leadership to define future‑state org structures supporting growth and cross‑functional alignment.
• Forecast hiring needs, manage headcount and resource deployment, and provide HR analytics insights.
• Guide performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Oversee onboarding and create a digitally enabled, self‑serve HR experience.
• Collaborate on compensation, total rewards, and policy compliance.
• Maintain HR documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting.
• Drive cross‑functional HR initiatives with People Ops, Talent Acquisition, and COEs.
