Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a complex, multi-business-unit organization.
• Experience advising CEOs and executive teams on human capital strategy and risk.
• Experience leading HR business partners, shared services, and centers of excellence in a matrixed environment.
• Senior HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide people strategy aligned with growth objectives and long-term business strategy.
• Translate business priorities into practical HR initiatives across multiple units.
• Oversee a scalable HR shared services organization delivering consistent, customer-focused support.
• Drive performance, leadership development, and succession planning to ensure a strong leadership pipeline.
• Lead compensation, benefits, incentives, recognition, and total rewards programs in alignment with market practices.
• Shape a high-performance culture and guide organizational change related to growth, restructurings, and integrations.
• Partner with legal, finance, risk, and business leaders to manage enterprise HR risk and ensure compliant policies.
