iDC Logistics in Southern California is seeking a hands-on, strategic Vice President of Operations to lead our Western US warehouse, fulfillment, transportation, and drayage network. You will own regional safety, service, profitability, and customer relationships while developing next-generation leaders across sites.

The role requires 12+ years in warehouse or 3PL ops with 5+ years of multi-site or regional P&L responsibility.

Lead the next chapter of operational excellence at iDC Logistics.

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic Vice President of Operations to lead our Western US warehouse, fulfillment, transportation, and drayage network. Based on site in Southern California, this executive will own regional safety, service, profitability, customer relationships, and leadership development across multiple locations.

What You'll Lead

• Multi-site warehouse, fulfillment, cross-dock, transportation, and drayage operations
• Regional P&L, budgeting, capital planning, labor productivity, and margin performance
• Safety, compliance, customer SLAs, and continuous improvement
• Development of General Managers, Site Directors, and future operations leaders
• Technology, automation, new-site launches, and network expansion

What You Bring

You bring 12+ years of warehouse, distribution, or 3PL operations experience, including 5+ years leading multiple sites or a region with full P&L ownership. You understand high-volume distribution, Southern California logistics, WMS and labor management systems, and how to build accountable, high-performing leadership teams.
