Job summary

iDC Logistics, a high-growth manufacturing and value-added services business, seeks a hands-on manufacturing executive to lead iDC Made. This executive will own the P&L, scale operations, and build a best-in-class quality system for assembly, testing, packaging, and fulfillment.

The VP will drive safety, quality, production, engineering, and continuous improvement, partnering across functions to deliver profitable growth and world-class delivery for customers.

Qualifications

• You have 10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, production, operations, or supply chain.
• You have 5+ years at the Director/Senior Director/VP level.
• Direct P&L ownership in high-volume manufacturing or value-added services.
• Experience implementing or managing an ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Strong command of Lean, production planning, labor productivity, inventory, and customer performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the business unit P&L, including revenue, labor, operating expenses, margin, EBITDA, capital planning, and productivity.
• Scale manufacturing and assembly operations through production planning, capacity management, line balancing, labor standards, inventory control, and performance management.
• Build and mature the Quality Management System, including ISO 9001 readiness, quality controls, CAPA, root-cause analysis, audits, and disciplined documentation.
• Drive measurable improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, standard work, automation, and engineered labor standards.
• Partner with customers, Sales, Solutions, Finance, IT, HR, and Operations on pricing, solution design, launches, service performance, and growth opportunities.
• Build a high-performing leadership team and a culture of safety, accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.

An executive opportunity to build, scale, and lead a high-growth manufacturing and value-added services business.

iDC Logistics is looking for a hands-on, commercially minded manufacturing executive to lead iDC Made. This role is for a builder—not a caretaker. The right leader will take full ownership of the business unit, strengthen its operating foundation, expand its capabilities, and deliver profitable growth for customers requiring assembly, configuration, testing, packaging, and fulfillment solutions.

Location: City of Industry, California | Employment: Full-time, exempt

The Opportunity

Reporting to executive leadership, the Vice President will own the P&L and lead safety, quality, production, engineering, continuous improvement, workforce development, and customer execution. This leader will establish the systems, talent, metrics, and operating discipline needed to scale iDC Made into a reliable, high-quality, and profitable platform.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, production, operations, or supply chain, including 5+ years at the Director, Senior Director, Vice President, or comparable level.
• Direct P&L ownership in a high-volume manufacturing, assembly, contract manufacturing, or value-added services environment.
• Proven experience implementing or managing an ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Strong command of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, production planning, labor productivity, quality, inventory, and customer performance.
• A track record of building strong teams, launching new operations or customer programs, and improving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and profitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.

Preferred experience

Electronics, computer hardware, gaming PCs, technology products, complex light manufacturing, 3PL, contract manufacturing, WMS, ERP/MRP, MES, ISO 14001, Lean Six Sigma certification, or new facility and production-line launches.
