Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience across multi-site operations.
• Proven track record delivering operational excellence and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience leading senior operational leaders and cross-functional executive teams.
• Experience driving strategic execution in complex manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise manufacturing operations.
• Partner with and coach General Managers while improving operational accountability.
• Establish common operating standards, KPIs, and governance.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, inventory, and cost performance.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Sales, and Product Management.
• Develop operational leaders and succession plans.
