Qualifications

• Comfort working with executives on ambiguous, sensitive priorities.
• Ability to balance speed, quality, compliance, and long‑term health of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own operating strategy, execution systems, and organizational performance.
• Own strategy, cadence, and measurable outcomes for the function.
• Translate priorities into clear plans with owners, timelines, and decision points.

• Coordinate high‑stakes work across leaders, teams, and external partners.
• Surface risks early and provide concise, evidence‑based recommendations.
