Job summary

Maumee Supply & Waterhouse seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead development and continuous improvement of our operational systems, processes, technology, and infrastructure.

This high-impact role requires a systems thinker who can identify bottlenecks, design solutions, and remove barriers so teams perform faster, better, and more consistently. You will oversee Epicor Eclipse, IT, SOPs, and cross-functional problem solving across the organization.

Qualifications

• Significant operations leadership experience in distribution, wholesale, manufacturing, construction supply, or a similar environment.
• Strong hands-on Epicor Eclipse experience.
• Demonstrated experience improving ERP-driven business processes.
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs and documented processes.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both executive leadership and frontline employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational accountability as a key member of the executive leadership team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and remove bottlenecks across the organization.
• Serve as Epicor Eclipse subject-matter expert and oversee related enhancements and integrations.
• Provide IT leadership and manage relationships with technology vendors.
• Develop and document critical processes with clear owners and SOPs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to remove operational barriers and improve workflows.
