Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in supply chain management or business.
• Minimum 7+ years in logistics, process improvement and operations management.
• Experience leading across multiple territories or locations.
• Strong financial acumen including budget ownership and P&L understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse and home delivery operations with LEAN-driven continuous improvement.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, 3PL relationships and delivery partners.
• Plan and execute multi-territory expansion with scalable models and KPIs.
• Drive cost control, service levels, risk management and performance reporting.
