Job summary

Velocity Truck Rental and Leasing seeks a Vice President of Operations for its Fontana, CA multi-site network. The role owns the strategic direction, financial performance, and day-to-day execution of maintenance and service operations with accountability for KPI attainment and safety standards.

The VP will guide capacity planning, shop workflow, parts strategy, and network growth while leading a high-impact operations team across locations to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, automotive, or operations.
• Experience leading multi-site service/network operations.
• Strong KPI development and analytics experience.
• P&L ownership for service/parts network.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic direction, financial performance, and day-to-day execution across multi-site network.
• Set KPI targets, budgets, and staffing plans for service operations.
• Lead standard operating procedures and enforce compliance across locations.
• Collaborate with executive team to shape company strategy and reporting.

10+ years in equipment dealership or

P&L ownership for network scale
