Job summary

Jay Group in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Vice President of Operations to unify performance across 770,000+ sq ft of distribution across PA, NV, and TX. You will set operating strategy, establish standards, and lead Site Directors to run four buildings as a single system.

Responsibilities include own network KPI framework, labor planning, and the Houston facility launch. Travel 25-40% across the network to ensure on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, and gross margin goals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive fulfillment, distribution, or 3PL ops leadership.
• Senior multi-site leadership experience across multiple facilities.
• Proven P&L ownership in high-volume environments.
• Experience launching or expanding facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own network strategy and capacity planning across all sites.
• Lead daily pulses, weekly site reviews, monthly performance deep dives.
• Oversee Houston facility layout, systems readiness, and leadership hiring.
• Drive labor planning and gross margin performance with Finance.
• Build leadership bench with disciplined operating cadences.
