Aramark is seeking a Vice President of Operations (VPO) to oversee multi-service accounts in the Central region. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, the VPO drives operational excellence across a portfolio typically generating substantial revenue and is accountable for margins, client retention, and growth.

The role requires building and leading a high-impact team, shaping the overall operations strategy, and partnering with sales, finance, HR, and compliance to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Ten-plus years of progressive responsibility with general management and full P&L responsibility.
• Proven leadership and experience managing high-value client relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership, business analysis and project management skills.
• Ability to grasp a large, complex global business and drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication and ability to influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of the area including sales, finance, human resources, and customer service including full P&L accountability.
• Drive new sales growth within existing client base and ensure exceptional service to clients.
• Develop short- and long-term operational strategies and lead design, development, and execution.
• Lead a productive team with strong communication, empowerment, reward, and coaching; coordinate with Sales, HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Compliance.
• Partner with business unit leaders to inspire change and implement new processes.
