Qualifications

• Strong strategic leadership with P&L accountability and experience in project-driven manufacturing.
• Proven track record in improving profitability, performance, and on-time delivery.
• Experience in custom, high-mix, engineered-to-order environments and managing complex projects.
• Background in metal/engineered components fabrication and manufacturing operations.
• Ability to lead, develop managers, and build accountability across functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing and related business functions, with accountability for performance, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
• Lead manufacturing operations, production planning, quality, and operational performance.
• Drive profitability through effective P&L management, cost controls, and margin improvement.
• Oversee complex, custom manufacturing projects from planning through delivery.
• Improve production efficiency, scheduling, resource utilization, and on-time delivery.
• Partner with engineering, project management, sales, and finance to align business priorities.
• Implement scalable processes, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop department leaders, strengthen accountability, and build a high-performing management team.
• Support strategic planning, capital investments, and operational growth initiatives.
• Maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring quality, profitability, and delivery commitments.
