Job summary

Software Placement Group is seeking a Vice President of Operations in Allegheny County, PA, to lead manufacturing performance and drive operational excellence. This on-site role partners with senior leadership to shape long-range goals and build a culture of continuous improvement.

You will oversee safety, quality, delivery, and cost, expanding operations to meet growth, with P&L responsibility for over $50MM in revenue and relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• BS/BA from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in a high-growth, multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to expand operations with a strong track record.
• Expertise in lean/continuous improvement and financial principles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team member engagement.
• Serve as trusted operational advisor to the President and senior leaders.
• Develop, implement, and refine Lean strategies.
• Apply Lean principles to guide planning and growth initiatives.
• Manage budgets and capital expenditures to ensure profitable operations.
• Expand operations to meet growth strategies and drive organizational scaling.
• Promote collaboration, communication, safety, and inclusion across teams.
• Participate in quarterly management reviews with the parent company and executives.
• Hold P&L accountability for operations with revenues over $50MM.
