Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Significant progressive leadership experience in manufacturing and operations.
• Experience leading Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong experience managing operational budgets, productivity, cost, quality, safety, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for manufacturing and fulfillment operations at the Holland facility.
• Develop and execute operating plans aligned with company objectives and customer requirements.
• Review operating metrics and drive corrective actions to meet performance targets.
• Maintain safety, quality, cost, delivery, productivity, and service objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget and capital investments.
